Please call or e-mail any of the deacons listed below. Our deacons are happy to meet
with you and to hear about the nature of your need. They are "Spirit-filled", "wise"
men who will prayerfully consider how to best assist you in your time of need.
2. Do you desire to help provide physical assistance/mercy ministry for others?
Due to the multi-faceted nature of true mercy ministry, it is impossible to list all of the
opportunities that await us in our church family or in the community abroad.
Nevertheless, we seek below to provide a list of some of the ways in which you can be
involved in this call to mercy/deed ministry here in our church and in our community:

A. Be involved on the deacons' list of volunteers? Contact the deacons (see above) in
order to obtain a deacons' survey so that your gifts and abilities can be identified
for future projects.
B. Provide meals for people in our church and community? Contact Laura Kraemer at
C. Minister to the elderly in our community? Contact Pete and Karlyn Sullivan who
oversee our nursing home ministry at Bayshore Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation

3. Do you need additional information about mercy ministry in our community?
There are many other mercy ministry opportunities in our community of which our
deacons would be happy to make you aware. Please do not hesitate to contact them if

this way.
