 
Church Planting
Of the many avenues for domestic missions, we believe the
establishment of biblical, healthy churches to be essential.
We are committed to "planting" churches in Tampa and
beyond that will proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ clearly,
and that will take genuine interest in the lives of non-Christians.
By God's grace, we have seen this desire materialized with
the establishment of St. Petersburg Presbyterian Church,
our first daughter church, planted in 2001. We currently
assist in church planting efforts through the financial
support of the following domestic church plants:
* Berea Presbyterian, Winter Haven, FL
Campus Ministry
We believe the college years to be formative for Christians
and non-Christians alike in our culture. We are committed
to reaching the college campus with the truth of God's Word
and the free grace of the gospel revealed in that Word. We
enthusiastically support the campus ministry of our
denomination, Reformed University Fellowship, here in Tampa
and more broadly.
salvation has a vital role and responsibility in seeking
the salvation of those who do not yet know Christ
(2 Corinthians 5:11-21). This responsibility begins with,
though is not limited to, relationships in our neighborhoods,
workplaces, schools, communities, etc. We desire to see
members of our church develop genuine, loving relationships
with non-Christians and to share the gospel with such friends.
Further, we as a church are committed to the spread of the
gospel in our city, state and nation. As a church we have
looked for ways to involve all members in local outreach and
have participated in several Family Missions Trips among
other outreaches. |
